Shipping & Delivery

Essan Inc. ships product to locations in the United States using US Postal Service or other carriers such as UPS or Fedex. Essan also ship product throughout the world. Please allow 1 to 3 days for your order to be processed. We usually process them following business day after your order is placed. Shipping time takes 1-6 days depends on your location. Tracking information will be given once your order is processed within 1-3 days.


All sales are final on food products at Essan.
All non-food product returns must be received back within 30 days of the initial sale.

Damaged Items

Damaged product will be replaced at no charge. If you have damage, please notify us by email at info@essan.com along with some photos. Please repack damaged item in original packaging. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will send you a replacement.

Undamaged Returns

Undamaged returns must be in original, unused condition and must include original packaging. Undamaged returns will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the total sale.

To return product, please obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from a member of our Essan sales team and enclose a copy of your receipt and send to:
